This is a PROPOSED stance. Not yet approved Last year MASC supported the Arc of Maryland as its state charity. One issue the Arc taught us about was the long list of people with disabilities who need care that is unavailable to them. This bill would allow people to make contributions to a fund to help those on the waiting list through their income tax return form.
