| Why? | This is a PROPOSED stance. Not yet approve This is an interesting mandate because it actual has the potential to bring in more money for the education in Maryland than it would cost. The federal government is currently putting together a fund to bolster early childhood education throughout the nation and if it passes congress, money will be available to states. This bill would compel MSDE to apply for such grants, which is favorable to students. |
